All products sold here are guaranteed to be of highest quality and free of manufacturing
and/or workmanship defects. If you must return a purchase, the following constitutes our
return policy:
- You must contact us via e-mail at admin@charmjewelry.com
within 5 (five) business days of receiving the product(s). Please indicate
in your e-mail:
* purchaser's name,
* order number,
* daytime phone,
* e-mail address,
* item # of product being returned,
* nature of the problem.
- We will then issue an authorization number and shipping instructions
via e-mail.
- Please follow the instructions provided and ship the return to the address
specified.
If you comply with the specifications of our return policy as outlined above, you may
request either of the following options:
- A store credit for the total merchandise amount. (A store credit may be
used towards the purchase of any other items listed on our Web site).
- A credit card refund for the total merchandise amount. (Shipping charges
cannot be refunded).
- Replacement of product in question with another one of the same kind (in
case of manufacturing defects, etc.)
If your return does not comply with our return policy as outlined above, a
15% restocking fee will be in effect towards the total merchandise amount in
handling your return request.
If you return merchandise without obtaining a return authorization and instructions,
and your package is lost and/or damaged during transit, we will not assume
responsibility for the loss.
