TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT FOR A PRODUCT:
- Please contact us at admin@charmjewelry.com and give us
your name, order #, product code(s), and a description of the problem with your merchandise. We will then
make arrangements to replace your product(s) at no additional shipping cost to you.
TO QUALIFY FOR STORE CREDIT OR REFUND:
- If your return package is postmarked no later than seven (7) days from the date you received your order, we
will issue credit/refund for the full price of the merchandise that is being returned to us. (We cannot refund the shipping
fee).
If your return package is postmarked between seven (7) and twenty-one (21) days from the date you received your order, we
will issue credit/refund for 90% of the price of the merchandise that is being returned to us. The 10% restocking fee is
necessary for late returns to offset administrative, gold price fluctuation, manufacturing overhead, and other costs.
Please do NOT send anything back after twenty-one (21) days from the date you received your order. We cannot issue refunds
or credit after this period.

If Your return package is lost, stolen, damaged during transit, or for any other reason not delivered to us, it will be
your responsibility to file an insurance claim and get your money back from the carrier that you chose for your shipment.
- The returned merchandise must not be used, worn, modified, scratched, damaged, mishandled and/or
altered from its original state in any other way. Our jewelry specialist will inspect the merchandise to detect any damage,
modification and/or deviation of any kind from the original condition of the product. If the product is found to be in less than
its original condition, either partial or no refund will be issued.
- Your return package must include the original jewelry-box that the merchandise came in.
- Your return package must include a copy of the receipt sent with your order.
- You must follow the return instructions listed below.
